Pre-order Policy

นโยบายพรีออเดอร์

• การชำระเงิน: ชำระเต็มจำนวนเมื่อสั่งซื้อ
• การจัดส่ง: เริ่มจัดส่งวันที่ 20 พฤศจิกายน 2569 หรือทันทีที่ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเสร็จ หากใช้เวลานานกว่ากำหนด
• หากจัดส่งล่าช้า: หากยังไม่ได้จัดส่งภายในวันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2569 คุณสามารถขอรับเงินคืนได้ทาง IG @errand.active หรืออีเมล errand.active@gmail.com
• สั่งพร้อมสินค้าอื่น: สินค้าทุกรายการในคำสั่งซื้อเดียวกันจะจัดส่งพร้อมกันตามกำหนดพรีออเดอร์
• การยกเลิก: หากต้องการยกเลิกก่อนจัดส่ง โปรดติดต่อเราทางช่องทางด้านบน แล้วเราจะตรวจสอบให้
• การเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าหลังได้รับ: เป็นไปตามนโยบายการคืนเงิน
• โปรโมชัน: ซื้อสินค้าพรีออเดอร์ตั้งแต่ 2 ตัวขึ้นไป ลด 20% สำหรับสินค้าพรีออเดอร์
• ของแถม: errand after-gym socks ฟรี 1 คู่เมื่อซื้อสินค้าพรีออเดอร์ 1 ตัว และ 2 คู่เมื่อซื้อตั้งแต่ 2 ตัวขึ้นไป (สูงสุด 2 คู่ต่อคำสั่งซื้อ) จนกว่าของจะหมด จำนวนรวม 50 คู่ ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดได้
• จำนวนจำกัด: 70 ตัวต่อไซส์ ต่อสี
• สิทธิตามกฎหมาย: นโยบายนี้ไม่จำกัดสิทธิของคุณตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองผู้บริโภค

Pre-order Policy

• Payment: You pay in full when you order.
• Shipping: Ships 20 November 2026, or right after our quality check if that takes longer.
• If it's late: If your order hasn't shipped by 27 November 2026, you can ask for your money back through Instagram @errand.active or errand.active@gmail.com.
• Ordering with other items: Everything in the same order ships together on the pre-order date.
• Cancelling: To cancel before shipping, contact us through the channels above and we'll review your request.
• Returns and exchanges after delivery: Our refund policy applies.
• Offer: Buy 2 or more pre-order items and get 20% off those items.
• Free gift: One free pair of errand after-gym socks with 1 pre-order item, or two pairs with 2 or more (maximum 2 pairs per order), while the 50 pairs last. No cash value.
• Limited run: 70 per size, per colour.
• Your legal rights: This policy doesn't limit your rights under consumer protection law.
